本试验对肉用型伊犁马进行了体尺和血清生化指标测定,以了解肉用型伊犁马不同年龄阶段的体尺发育状况,掌握伊犁马正常血液指标范围,为今后肉用型伊犁马的培育和临床诊断治疗提供数据参考。在放牧条件下,选择不同年龄阶段的29匹肉用型伊犁母马,进行了体长、胸围、体高、管围等体尺指标测定,颈净脉采血测定了血清生化指标。结果表明:1)不同年龄阶段肉用型伊犁马马体高、体长、胸围、体长率、胸围率表现显著性的差异(<0.05),管围和管围率差异不显著(﹥0.05);2)测定了马血清中总蛋白、白蛋白、尿素氮、肌酐、胆固醇、葡萄糖、甘油三酯、谷草转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶等指标。伊犁马体长率、胸围率和管围率分别为102.62%、121.80%,13.72%;获得伊犁母马放牧条件下正常血清生化指标范围,为兽医临床诊断和疾病治疗提供参考。

본시험대육용형이리마진행료체척화혈청생화지표측정,이료해육용형이리마불동년령계단적체척발육상황,장악이리마정상혈액지표범위,위금후육용형이리마적배육화림상진단치료제공수거삼고。재방목조건하,선택불동년령계단적29필육용형이리모마,진행료체장、흉위、체고、관위등체척지표측정,경정맥채혈측정료혈청생화지표。결과표명:1)불동년령계단육용형이리마마체고、체장、흉위、체장솔、흉위솔표현현저성적차이(<0.05),관위화관위솔차이불현저(﹥0.05);2)측정료마혈청중총단백、백단백、뇨소담、기항、담고순、포도당、감유삼지、곡초전안매、감성린산매등지표。이리마체장솔、흉위솔화관위솔분별위102.62%、121.80%,13.72%;획득이리모마방목조건하정상혈청생화지표범위,위수의림상진단화질병치료제공삼고。
The present investigate to the body size and determinate the serum biochhenical indexes of the meat type Ili horses. , which provided the data reference for the future breeding and clinical diagnosis and treatment of the meat type Ili horses. Twenty―nine Ili mares with different age were measured body length (BL), heart girth (HG), withers height (WH) and Circumference of cannon bone (CCB), and determined serum biochemical indexes by jugular venous blood under the condition of grazing. (Result)The results indicated that WH, BH, HG, BL ratio and HG ration in different age of mares were significant difference ( <0.05), CCB and CCB ration were insignificant difference ( ﹥0.05). TP,ALB,SUN,Cr,CHOL,GLU,TG,AST and ALP in the horse serum were determined. (Conclusion)Ili horse's BL ratio, HG ratio and CCB ratio were 102.62%, 121.80%and 13.72%respectively and Ili horse is still dual―purpose type. Ili mare normal serum biochemical indexes range was defined under the condition of grazing, which provided veterinarian a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of Ili horses.
