为了简化晶体振荡器测试,提出了一种基于LabView平台的晶体振荡器测试系统。该系统通过GPIB标准串行接口将计算机、直流稳压电源、示波器、频率计相互连接。以计算机为核心控制每个设备协调工作,设计了直观的图形操作界面,实现了测试数据的自动采集,可将测试结果自动记录并生成电子表格文件。经实际验证,测试精度比传统测试方法提高了95%以上,该系统可以极大地提高测试效率,具有一定的参考价值。

In order to simplify the crystal oscillator test, proposed a crystal oscillator test system based on LabView platform. The computer, DC regulated power supply, oscilloscope and frequency indicator connected to each other through GPIB standard serial interface. Computer as the core control each device working coordinately , designed an intuitive graphical user interface, achieved the automatic collection of test data, and the test results are automatically recorded and generated spreadsheet file. It can realize the automatic data acquisition, and generate a spreadsheet file. Through the actual verification, the test accuracy is improved by more than 95 percent compared to traditional testing methods. This system can greatly improve the efficiency of the test, and has a certain reference value.
