本文针对一无人机用四缸两冲程汽油直喷发动机,应用GT-Power软件建立了仿真模型,并通过对气缸压力和发动机扭矩的仿真结果与实验数据进行对比,验证了所建模型的合理可用性。运用亥姆霍兹理论设计了谐振进气系统,并利用软件自带的优化工具,分析了谐振器及进气系统管道长度对发动机动力性能的影响。仿真结果表明,进行参数优化后,该谐振进气系统使得无人机动力性能得到进一步提升。
本文針對一無人機用四缸兩遲程汽油直噴髮動機,應用GT-Power軟件建立瞭倣真模型,併通過對氣缸壓力和髮動機扭矩的倣真結果與實驗數據進行對比,驗證瞭所建模型的閤理可用性。運用亥姆霍玆理論設計瞭諧振進氣繫統,併利用軟件自帶的優化工具,分析瞭諧振器及進氣繫統管道長度對髮動機動力性能的影響。倣真結果錶明,進行參數優化後,該諧振進氣繫統使得無人機動力性能得到進一步提升。

In this paper, the simulated model was created for UAV with a four-cylinder two-stroke gasoline GDI engine by GT-Power. This cylinder pressure curves and engine torque obtained by simulation and experiment data were compared to verify the rationality and availability of the simulation model. The tuned intake system was design with Helmholtz theoretical, and the impact on the engine dynamic performance was analyzed with its resonators and pipeline length by the software optimization tools. The results of simulation show that the parameter optimization of intake system can improve the flight performance of UAV.
