针对某大型相控阵天线自重大、加强筋安装位置受限等特点导致天线阵面精度难以保证的工程背景,进行相控阵天线阵面结构方案优化设计。考虑到大型阵面的自重变形导致的柔性特点,提出综合考虑阵面变形后平面度和调整机构精度的一体化优化设计模型,对调整机构支腿的布局进行了优化设计。同时,考虑到加强筋安装位置和型材受限,利用连续化过滤函数,使得型材变量与连续变量进行映射,将离散变量拓扑优化转换为连续变量拓扑优化求解,提高了求解效率,降低了求解的规模。采用上述方法对某大型相控阵雷达进行了案例验证,收到满意的结果。

Large phased array antennas often have large weight and the stiffeners attached to planes have discrete location restriction, so that it is difficult to meet the demand of high plane accuracy. A homology design of large phased array antennas is presented to tackle this problem. A new synthetic optimization model is proposed to design the locations of actuating links, which take both plate self-weight deformation and adjusting mechanism accuracy into consideration. For improving effectiveness and decreasing the computing cost of stiffener layout optimization, a continuous filter function is introduced to transfer the discrete optimization into continuous one. A large phased array antenna is simulated to verify the proposed method and satisfactory results are obtained.
