某三轴载货车在实际行驶时,出现了转向沉重、轮胎磨损严重等问题,究其原因是一、二桥轴荷相差大造成的。为了彻底解决双前桥轴荷不一致造成的影响,根据工程实际经验,本文利用一种轴荷计算方法,并结合企业实际情况,对车辆出现的问题提出了简单而有效的优化方案。优化后车辆的实测轴荷与理论计算值一致,且一、二桥的轴荷几乎相等,此方法的应用为同类车型的开发提供了设计依据。
某三軸載貨車在實際行駛時,齣現瞭轉嚮沉重、輪胎磨損嚴重等問題,究其原因是一、二橋軸荷相差大造成的。為瞭徹底解決雙前橋軸荷不一緻造成的影響,根據工程實際經驗,本文利用一種軸荷計算方法,併結閤企業實際情況,對車輛齣現的問題提齣瞭簡單而有效的優化方案。優化後車輛的實測軸荷與理論計算值一緻,且一、二橋的軸荷幾乎相等,此方法的應用為同類車型的開髮提供瞭設計依據。

When the Tri-axles Truck is moving, there are some problems such as heavy steering, uneven wear of tires, etc. The reason for this is that there’s big differences between the first and second axle load. In order to solve the problem, the author provides some solutions according to the practical engineering experience,combined with actual situation of the enterprise, using an axial load calculation method,which is simple and effective. axial load of the vehicle is correspond with the theoretical calculation value with the new Optimized measure , and the first axle loading is nearly equal to the second .The application of this method provides a design basis for the development of similar models.
