针对老旧电梯评价指标多层次性特点,应用模糊偏好法评价电梯安全风险。该方法利用模糊数表示各指标间相对重要程度,通过构建三角模糊判断矩阵,结合容差参数,将传统AHP一致性检验问题转化为对非线性规划问题的求解,最终得到综合评价值。以老旧电梯为例进行评估,结果表明该方法可应用于实际项目评估。

According to the characteristics of the old elevator evaluation index hierarchy ,the fuzzy preference programming method was applied to elevator safety risk assessment .It indicated the relative important degree between indexes with the fuzzy numbers .By building triangular fuzzy member and introducing tolerance parameter , the test of traditional AHP consistency problem was transformed into solving the nonlinear programming problem .At last it obtained the comprehensive evaluation index .An example of old elevator assessment was given to show that the method could be applied to the actual project .
