Drupella margariticola%morphological structure%systematic observation
对珠母小核果螺[Drupella margariticola(Broderip)]的外部形态和内部结构进行系统观察。结果表明:珠母小核果螺壳高12.92~31.74 mm,平均26.17±4.31 mm,壳宽8.10~18.46 mm,平均15.34±2.48 mm,螺体质量0.36~5.30 g,平均2.99±1.14 g;消化系统由口、吻、嗉囊、食道、胃、肠、直肠及肛门等消化道,以及唾液腺、食道腺和肝脏等消化腺组成;成螺肉食性,摄食时将吻伸出,吻管内有齿舌,齿舌上有齿3列,每列有齿3枚,对称排列,齿式1?1?1,齿舌在齿舌软骨表面产生运动,切刮食物;雌雄异体,外形上难以区别,雄性生殖系统由精巢、前列腺、储精囊、输精管和阴茎组成,雌性生殖系统由卵巢、输卵管、蛋白腺、缠卵腺、交接囊和阴道组成。
對珠母小覈果螺[Drupella margariticola(Broderip)]的外部形態和內部結構進行繫統觀察。結果錶明:珠母小覈果螺殼高12.92~31.74 mm,平均26.17±4.31 mm,殼寬8.10~18.46 mm,平均15.34±2.48 mm,螺體質量0.36~5.30 g,平均2.99±1.14 g;消化繫統由口、吻、嗉囊、食道、胃、腸、直腸及肛門等消化道,以及唾液腺、食道腺和肝髒等消化腺組成;成螺肉食性,攝食時將吻伸齣,吻管內有齒舌,齒舌上有齒3列,每列有齒3枚,對稱排列,齒式1?1?1,齒舌在齒舌軟骨錶麵產生運動,切颳食物;雌雄異體,外形上難以區彆,雄性生殖繫統由精巢、前列腺、儲精囊、輸精管和陰莖組成,雌性生殖繫統由卵巢、輸卵管、蛋白腺、纏卵腺、交接囊和陰道組成。
대주모소핵과라[Drupella margariticola(Broderip)]적외부형태화내부결구진행계통관찰。결과표명:주모소핵과라각고12.92~31.74 mm,평균26.17±4.31 mm,각관8.10~18.46 mm,평균15.34±2.48 mm,라체질량0.36~5.30 g,평균2.99±1.14 g;소화계통유구、문、소낭、식도、위、장、직장급항문등소화도,이급타액선、식도선화간장등소화선조성;성라육식성,섭식시장문신출,문관내유치설,치설상유치3렬,매렬유치3매,대칭배렬,치식1?1?1,치설재치설연골표면산생운동,절괄식물;자웅이체,외형상난이구별,웅성생식계통유정소、전렬선、저정낭、수정관화음경조성,자성생식계통유란소、수란관、단백선、전란선、교접낭화음도조성。
The external features and internal structure of theDrupella margariticola are observed systematically. The results show that the shell height ofD. margariticolas range from 12.92 mm to 31.74 mm, with an average of 26.17±4.31 mm. The shell width range from 8.10 mm to 18.46 mm, with an average of 15.34±2.48 mm. And the weight ofD. margariticolas range from 0.36 g to 5.30 g, with an average of 2.99±1.14 g. The digestive system consists of digestive tract and digestive gland. The digestive tract is composed of mouth, proboscis, crop, esophagus, stomach, intestine, rectum and anus. The digestive gland is composed of salivary gland, esophagus gland, liver, etc. The larvaes ofD. margariticolas eat the plankton, whereas adults are carnivorous. There are always three teeth of each row symmetrically arrayed on the radula which is in the proboscis, and the pattern of radula is 1·1·1. During eating, theD. margariticola extends its proboscis and make the radula moving on the radula cartilage for cutting food. TheD. margariticola is gonochorism, and it is difficult to distinguished female or male in external appearance. The male reproductive system is composed of testis, prostate, seminal vesicle, vas deferens and penis. The female reproductive system is composed of ovary, oviduct, albumen gland, nidamental gland, transfer capsule and vagina.
