目的：观察复方阿胶浆对在恶性肿瘤化疗后骨髓抑制的治疗疗效。方法恶性肿瘤住院化疗患者90例，采用开放自身对照的方法，第1周期复方阿胶浆20 mL/次，每日3次，化疗当天开始口服21 d一疗程，连续治疗2个疗程，2疗程结束后评价疗效。结果白细胞、中性粒细胞升高的占77.5%，红细胞、血红蛋白升高的占85%，血小板升高的占52%。结论复方阿胶浆能够改善造血功能，减轻化疗对骨髓的损伤，提高患者的生活质量。
목적：관찰복방아효장대재악성종류화료후골수억제적치료료효。방법악성종류주원화료환자90례，채용개방자신대조적방법，제1주기복방아효장20 mL/차，매일3차，화료당천개시구복21 d일료정，련속치료2개료정，2료정결속후평개료효。결과백세포、중성립세포승고적점77.5%，홍세포、혈홍단백승고적점85%，혈소판승고적점52%。결론복방아효장능구개선조혈공능，감경화료대골수적손상，제고환자적생활질량。
Objective To observe the compound E-jiao Oral Liquid on the curative effect of bone marrow suppression after chemo?therapy in treating malignant tumors. Methods 90 patients with malignant tumor chemotherapy in hospital,with the method of open self-reflection,compound E-jiao Oral Liquid 20 ml/first cycle time,3 times a day,the day began to 21 days of oral treatment,treat?ment of two consecutive period of treatment,treatment after the evaluation of curative effect. Results White blood cells and neutrophils (77.5%),the increased red blood cell,hemoglobin increased 85%,platelet rising 52%. Conclusion Compound E-jiao Oral Liquid can improve hemopoietic function,reduce the damage in bone marrow of chemotherapy,improve the quality of life of the patients.
