为了解决某汽车仪表板侧盖板卡扣连接处振动大并导致异常磨损至失效的故障,提出了蜂窝式仪表板侧盖板和加强筋式仪表板侧盖板两种不同的结构。利用ANSYS Workbench分别对两种仪表板侧盖板进行模态分析和刚度分析,根据软件仿真方法和理论分析方法,最终得出蜂窝式仪表板侧盖板为最优结构,同时阐明CAE模态分析法和刚度分析法在汽车零部件研发过程中的重要作用。

To solve the problem of wear failure of auto lateral cover plate caused by large vibration at the auto-used plastic snap-fit connection ,two different proposals are submitted .One is using honeycomb lateral cover plate ,and the other is using the lateral cover plate with stiffeners .With finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench ,the structural rigidity and modal parameter are analyzed .Theoretical analysis is done to check the veracity of software simulation .The result is that the honeycomb lateral cover plate is the optimal structural design .It proves that finite element analysis is very important during the exploitation of automotive components .
