以变速器取力器壳体为研究对象,分析壳体开裂部位的特征和强度,据此设计壳体的优化方案。对优化后的取力器壳体进行强度分析,得出强度满足设计要求。对采用优化后壳体的取力器总成进行台架试验验证,试验完成后取力器壳体完好,无开裂等失效现象,满足设计要求。
以變速器取力器殼體為研究對象,分析殼體開裂部位的特徵和彊度,據此設計殼體的優化方案。對優化後的取力器殼體進行彊度分析,得齣彊度滿足設計要求。對採用優化後殼體的取力器總成進行檯架試驗驗證,試驗完成後取力器殼體完好,無開裂等失效現象,滿足設計要求。

Taking the power take-off housing of transmission as research object ,through analyzing the character and strength of the break on power take-off housing ,the paper gives the optimal design scheme of power take-off housing .The fracture analysis results show the strength of the optimized power take-off housing can meet the design requirement .After completion of the bench test ,the power take-off housing is in good condition ,no failure such as fracture phenomena ,can meet the design requirement .
