以医用剪叉式升降床升降机构为研究对象,描述了其结构特点,并分析了设计参数。利用虚功原理结合推杆安装位置参数的讨论得到了电动推杆最大推力的表达式;通过对推杆系列行程下满足机构不干涉的推杆安装位置参数可行域的分析,得到了满足要求的推杆行程。利用MATLAB优化工具箱以最大推力最小为优化目标对推杆安装位置参数进行优化。分析和优化得到的结果为电动推杆的选型和安装提供了理论依据。

Structural characteristics were described and design parameters were analyzed with medical scissor-type lift bed lifting mechanism as the research object .To get the relation of the maximum thrust ,the principles of virtual displacement together with some discussion of installation location parameters methods were adopted .To guarantee that the mechanism mustn’t interfere ,the feasible regions of installation location parameters were analyzed by taking a series of strokes into consideration ,thus a suitable stroke was obtained .Then ,installation location parameters were optimized ,taking the minimum of maximum thrust as optimization goal ,by using the MATLAB optimization toolbox .The obtained analysis and optimization results provide theory basis for the type selection and installation of the linear actuator .
