采用有限元法和软件ANSYS Workbench建立了某轻型火炮高平机的有限元模型,通过对高平机结构的模态分析得到了其固有频率和振型。与外部激振频率的比对评估显示,高平机前6阶模态固有频率相对较高,且在路面激励、发射引起的激振共振频率范围之外。研究结果表明高平机满足动态特性条件,这为后续进行高平机的设计改进和振动特性优化提供了依据。

The finite element model of the elevating-equilibrium mechanism of a light howitzer was built and analyzed by ANSYS Workbench ,and then the natural frequency and vibration mode of the model were got .Compared with the frequency of external excitation ,the first 6 order frequencies of elevating-equilibrium mechanism are higher and out of the range of resonant frequency of the excitation which come from the road and shotting .The result shows the requirement of dynamic characteristics is met ,and provides the basis for later improvement of structure and vibration behavior .
