对直线共轭内啮合齿轮泵的齿轮、齿圈进行了静力分析。考虑油压对轮齿的影响,分析啮合过程中的力和力矩,利用赫兹公式计算出接触应力,并与有限元法计算的接触应力比较,结果显示两者的计算结果基本一致。结合理论公式与有限元软件,分别对直线共轭内啮合齿轮副啮合强度进行分析,对内啮合齿轮泵的研究有一定的参考价值。
對直線共軛內齧閤齒輪泵的齒輪、齒圈進行瞭靜力分析。攷慮油壓對輪齒的影響,分析齧閤過程中的力和力矩,利用赫玆公式計算齣接觸應力,併與有限元法計算的接觸應力比較,結果顯示兩者的計算結果基本一緻。結閤理論公式與有限元軟件,分彆對直線共軛內齧閤齒輪副齧閤彊度進行分析,對內齧閤齒輪泵的研究有一定的參攷價值。

The static analysis of straight conjugate internal gear pair was carriedout .Considering the influence of the oil pressure on gear ,the force and torque in the process of meshing were analyzed .The contact stress was calculated by using Hertz formula ,and the result was compared with the analysis from the finite element method .The comparison shows that the calculation result is agreed well with the simulation result .Based on the theoretical formula and finite element analysis software ,meshing strength of straight conjugate internal gear pair was analyzed ,it would have a certain reference value for the study of the internal gear pump .
