为更好地研究岩石的破碎特性,实时监测岩石破碎过程中各参数的变化以提高破岩效率,在分析破岩系统力学模型的基础上,利用倒置的激振台提供冲击载荷、电机带动丝杠提供静载荷,使用压力传感器、称重传感器等与数据采集卡相结合,将钻头的钻速、钻深、钻压和扭矩这些被测量数据通过电压、变形量等载体形式输出,由计算机进行数据的接收, LabVIEW软件进行处理,并实时显示动态曲线及记录文档,便于查询和比较。

For better research on the characteristics and parameter change of fractured rocks in the rock breaking process to improve the efficiency of broken rock ,on the basis of analyzing the mechanics model ,an rock vibration simulation test system was set up , which used the vibration table to provide the shock loads and used the motor to drive the screw to provide static loads .By use of pressure sensor ,weighing sensor as well as data acquisition card ,the drilling rate ,drilling depth drilling pressure and torque were measured ,the data was received by computer ,and processed by LabVIEW software .At last ,the dynamic curve of measured data was displayed in real time on the computer ,which was easy to check and compare .
