以高炉环行吊车为背景,根据其环形运行轨迹的特殊要求,对大车运行系统进行了设计。大车系统中模糊PID控制器的应用,提高了内外轨道电机的同步性能;采用Profibus-DP现场总线技术建立了PLC与变频器之间的通讯,实现了数据实时传输的要求。同时结合工控组态软件WinCC开发了上位机监控系统,完成了整个系统的过程控制与实时监控。试验调试表明,该系统可靠性高,系统界面友好,直观方便,满足实际生产要求。

In this paper ,in the background of circular crane of blast furnace ,the crane running system is designed according to the special requirements of its circular trajectory .The application of fuzzy PID controller improves the synchronization performance of inner and outer orbit motors .Using Profibus-DP fieldbus technology to establish a communication between the PLC and inverter ,the system achieves real-time data transmission .Combined with the industrial control configuration software WinCC ,the entire process control and real-time monitoring are realized .The commissioning tests show that the system is of high reliability ,friendly interface , meeting the requirements of actual production .
