以用于船舶压载水管系的液动蝶阀阀门位置检测装置为研究对象,提出了一种基于CC2530射频芯片的无线阀位变送器的设计方案。设计了无线阀位变送器的硬件电路,并在ZigBee协议栈的基础上完成了软件的设计。最后通过实验,验证了该变送器在阀门开度检测和数据传输等方面的性能达到了设计要求。

A ship-used hydraulic butterfly valve position detection device was taken as the research object ,a kind of design scheme of wireless valve position transmitter based on RF chip CC 2530 was put forward . The hardware circuit of wireless valve position transmitter was designed ,and the design of software based on ZigBee protocol stack was completed .The experiment shows the transmitter can meet the design requirements in the valve opening detection and data transmission .
