目的:建立一次性使用输液器中环己酮残留量的测定方法。方法利用模拟浸提法对输液器中的环己酮进行提取,采用气相色谱法进行测定。色谱柱为HP-INNOWAX Polyethylene Giycol长60 m,直径320.00μm,膜0.25μm;进样口温度200℃,检测器温度230℃,氢气流量30.0 mL/min,空气流量300.0 mL/min;氢火焰离子化检测器,载气为氮气;以水为溶剂,用顶空方式进样。结果环己酮质量浓度为4.165~133.300μg/mL时具有良好线性关系(r=1.0000);平均回收率为97.2%(n=9),相对标准偏差为3.08%。结论顶空气相色谱法简单、准确,可用于一次性使用输液器中环己酮残留量的检测。

목적:건립일차성사용수액기중배기동잔류량적측정방법。방법이용모의침제법대수액기중적배기동진행제취,채용기상색보법진행측정。색보주위HP-INNOWAX Polyethylene Giycol장60 m,직경320.00μm,막0.25μm;진양구온도200℃,검측기온도230℃,경기류량30.0 mL/min,공기류량300.0 mL/min;경화염리자화검측기,재기위담기;이수위용제,용정공방식진양。결과배기동질량농도위4.165~133.300μg/mL시구유량호선성관계(r=1.0000);평균회수솔위97.2%(n=9),상대표준편차위3.08%。결론정공기상색보법간단、준학,가용우일차성사용수액기중배기동잔류량적검측。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of residual cyclohexanone in disposable solution infu sion set. Methods Residual cyclohexanone in disposable infusion set was extracted by simulated extraction ,then it was de-termined by GC with HP-INNOWAX Polyethylene Giycol column(60.00 m×320.00μm× 0.25μm). The injection temperature was 200℃and the detector temperature was 230℃. The flow rate of nitrogen was 30.0 mL/min,and the flow rate of air was 300.0 mL/min. Using nitrogen as carrier gas in flame ionization detector. We used a headspace sampling technology combined with GC ,and chose water as solvent. Results Cyclohexanone concentration performed a great linearity in the range of 4.165~133.3μg/mL. The cor-relative coefficient of the linear equation was 1.000 0,the average recovery was 97.2%(n=9),and the relative standard deviation was 3.08%. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,which is available for the determination of residual cyclohexanone in disposable solution fusion set.
