This paper describes the principle and function of a temperature monitoring system for aluminum reduction cell ,describes the method of background scheduling ANSYS by VB .Taking 160 kA aluminum electrolysis temperature monitoring as example ,the paper introduecs the initial development of the temperature monitoring system ,the system interface design ,and gives the simulation calculation .
