随着社会的转型和产业的升级，社会对英语专业人才的需求更加的多元化和多层次，这就要求英语专业人才的培养进一步细化。以需求分析理论为依据，分析了兰州石化职业技术学院应用英语专业方向的设置，同时讨论了该专业人才培养方案及实践效果。

With the social transformation and industrial upgrading,the social demand for English talents has become more diversified and multi -leveled,which requires further refinement of the training of English majors. This paper,based on Needs Analysis theory,analyzes the setting of Applied English Major direction in Lanzhou Petrochemical College of Vocational Technology.The training scheme and its practical effect are also discussed.
