16MnⅥ(HIC)锻钢为低合金高强度结构抗氢钢,焊接性能良好。针对冷高分罐在制造过程中易出现的突出问题,分析了其基体材料16MnⅥ(HIC)的焊接性,阐述了克服该材料在焊接过程中出现缺陷的工艺措施。试验结果表明,通过采取合理的焊接工艺,可保证该类材料的焊接性,并为窄间隙埋弧焊焊接高压重容提供依据。
16MnⅥ(HIC)鍛鋼為低閤金高彊度結構抗氫鋼,銲接性能良好。針對冷高分罐在製造過程中易齣現的突齣問題,分析瞭其基體材料16MnⅥ(HIC)的銲接性,闡述瞭剋服該材料在銲接過程中齣現缺陷的工藝措施。試驗結果錶明,通過採取閤理的銲接工藝,可保證該類材料的銲接性,併為窄間隙埋弧銲銲接高壓重容提供依據。

16MnVI (HIC)forging steel is made from low alloy and high -strength structural hydrogen resistant steel,it has good welding performance.Aiming at the prominent problems in manufacturing process of cold high pressure tank,here we are going to analyze the weldability of its base material 16MnVI (HIC),and expound the technological measures to overcome the defects of this material in welding process.The experimental results show that,by adopting reasonable welding process,we can ensure a better weldability of this material,and provide a ref-erence for process of narrow gap submerged arc welding of high pressure and heavy volume.
