近几年来，随着我国旅游业的飞速发展，旅游饭店业已成为我国旅游产业的重要组成部分。现阶段我国旅游饭店业高星级饭店数量稳增，高星级饭店投资涌现热潮，国际品牌大举扩张，本土品牌任重道远，空间布局不均衡。未来几年内，我国旅游饭店业高星级饭店将呈现增速趋缓、饭店业市场业态多元发展、电子商务发展增快的趋势。
근궤년래，수착아국여유업적비속발전，여유반점업이성위아국여유산업적중요조성부분。현계단아국여유반점업고성급반점수량은증，고성급반점투자용현열조，국제품패대거확장，본토품패임중도원，공간포국불균형。미래궤년내，아국여유반점업고성급반점장정현증속추완、반점업시장업태다원발전、전자상무발전증쾌적추세。
In recent years,with the rapid development of tourism in our country,tourist hotels have become an important component in the industry of tourism. The current situation is that there is a steady increase in the number of high-star hotels,an upsurge of the in-vestment in high-star hotels,the great expansion of international brands,the heavy pressure faced by local hotels,as well as the imbal-ance in spatial location. In the years to come,the development trends of the hotel industry in our country are:a slower development speed of high-star hotels,the plural development of the hotel market,and the great potential for e-commerce. This paper puts forth some feasible managing strategies against the existing problems,on the basis of the analysis of the current situations and development trends.
