新建本科院校在管理上容易忽视财务部门在高校管理决策中的重要作用，财务部门运行机制不健全，现代化管理手段滞后，财务人员综合素质有待提升，财务监督机制缺位。针对以上现状，应加强财务部门在高校管理决策中的基础性地位，健全高校财务工作运行机制，加强高校财务人员队伍建设，构建综合完善的财务信息网络系统以及建立健全财务监督机制。
新建本科院校在管理上容易忽視財務部門在高校管理決策中的重要作用，財務部門運行機製不健全，現代化管理手段滯後，財務人員綜閤素質有待提升，財務鑑督機製缺位。針對以上現狀，應加彊財務部門在高校管理決策中的基礎性地位，健全高校財務工作運行機製，加彊高校財務人員隊伍建設，構建綜閤完善的財務信息網絡繫統以及建立健全財務鑑督機製。

In the article the author analyzes the financial work status,in newly built undergraduate colleges and universities. There are such problems as;school management ignored the important role of financial work in the management decision:the operation mechanism of the financial department is not sound and modern management means lag behind:the comprehensive quality of financial personnel should be improved:the financial supervision mechanism has not been built. According to the current situation mentioned above,the au-thor puts forward the corresponding reform countermeasures as;raising the fundamental position of finance department in university man-agement decisions:improving operation mechanism of the financial work:strengthening financial personnel team construction:construc-ting perfect financial information network system:and establishing and improving the financial supervision mechanism.
