大学时期是生涯信念构建的关键阶段。个体在生涯展开的过程中,通常会进行如下自我追问:“我是谁?”“我应当成为什么?”“我是否能成就自我?”这一系列追问与自我认识、自我需求及其超越、自我效能三个方面相应,构建了生涯信念的核心部分。在混沌生涯背景下,生涯信念教育旨在提升个体生涯胜任力,通过引导个体构建开放性的自我认知系统,完善职业自我同一性;激发个体继起性的自我需求,发展多元职业认同;提升个体生涯自我效能,培养生涯应变能力等三个方面展开。
大學時期是生涯信唸構建的關鍵階段。箇體在生涯展開的過程中,通常會進行如下自我追問:“我是誰?”“我應噹成為什麽?”“我是否能成就自我?”這一繫列追問與自我認識、自我需求及其超越、自我效能三箇方麵相應,構建瞭生涯信唸的覈心部分。在混沌生涯揹景下,生涯信唸教育旨在提升箇體生涯勝任力,通過引導箇體構建開放性的自我認知繫統,完善職業自我同一性;激髮箇體繼起性的自我需求,髮展多元職業認同;提升箇體生涯自我效能,培養生涯應變能力等三箇方麵展開。

Period of university is the key stage for construction of the career belief.With the unfolding of the process of career,individuals usually ask themselves the following questions:" who am I?""what should I be?"" can I complete myself?"This series of questions correspond to the self-aware-ness,self requirements and transcendence,and self-efficiency,all of the above build the core part of the career belief.Under the background of chaos career,education of career belief aims at promoting individual career competency from three aspects which are completing profession self-identity by leading the individual to construct open self-cognitive system,developing diversified professional i-dentity by motivating individuals'consequent self-requirements,and cultivating career strain capacity by improving individuals'self-efficiency.
