本文通过对200名正在不同学校实习的师范实习教师进行问卷调查和访谈，发现目前台湾师范实习教师专业能力总体水平并不高，在教学研究能力、专业态度能力和专业伦理能力上差异显著，且在乡镇学校实习的学生在教学研究能力和专业态度能力上好于在城市学校实习的学生。经由多维度的对比分析，提出了对大陆师范实习教师教育实习有所帮助的建议。

본문통과대200명정재불동학교실습적사범실습교사진행문권조사화방담，발현목전태만사범실습교사전업능력총체수평병불고，재교학연구능력、전업태도능력화전업윤리능력상차이현저，차재향진학교실습적학생재교학연구능력화전업태도능력상호우재성시학교실습적학생。경유다유도적대비분석，제출료대대륙사범실습교사교육실습유소방조적건의。
There are questionnaires designed by author about the normal interns'professional compe-tence,and which were done by 200 students who are come from different schools.By the way,they are supplemented by interviews to collect the necessary data.The study found that the overall level of professional competence of current Taiwan normal interns is not high.There are significant differ-ences in the ability of each dimension,which embody in the competence of teaching&research,and the competence of professional attitude and professional ethics;the students who choose internships in ru-ral schools have higher level of the competence of teaching&research and professional attitude than that in urban schools.Based on comparative analysis from multiple dimensions,we presented helpful recommendations for normal students'teaching practicum in mainland China.
