The dead have no personality right, but they have their personality interests.In order to safeguard the in-terests of our society and the fine customs, there has reached a consensus, among the academic circle in the field of law and the practical circle in the legality, that some laws and regulations should be established to protect the personal rights of the dead, in regard to the respects including the scope of protection, the subject of enforcement, the legal liability, the exemp-tions and duration of protection.
