在对非圆齿轮节曲线和齿廓数学模型进行深入分析的基础上,提出了一种基于实例推理和事物特性表的新型产品快速设计方法。以Pro/E为开发平台,利用Pro/E二次开发技术,基于实例的推理原理构建了非圆齿轮的快速设计系统。实际应用结果证明了该快速设计系统的正确性和可靠性。

On the basis of depth analysis for the mathematical model of section curves and tooth profile ,a rapid design method for non-circular gears was proposed ,which was based on case base reasoning and tabular layouts of article characteristics .On the Pro/E platform ,the rapid design system for non-circular gears was set up by use of the secondary development of Pro/E .The designing results has verified the accuracy and reliability of the system .
