在充分研究固定中心距齿轮副侧隙分析理论的基础上,结合行星轮系的运动特性,依据均载分析理论测算出太阳轮、齿圈的浮动量,用浮动量及行星轮位置度误差之和代替中心距极限偏差,在原有的侧隙分析理论的基础上进行必要的改进后,建立了一套适用于行星轮系侧隙的分析理论。
在充分研究固定中心距齒輪副側隙分析理論的基礎上,結閤行星輪繫的運動特性,依據均載分析理論測算齣太暘輪、齒圈的浮動量,用浮動量及行星輪位置度誤差之和代替中心距極限偏差,在原有的側隙分析理論的基礎上進行必要的改進後,建立瞭一套適用于行星輪繫側隙的分析理論。
재충분연구고정중심거치륜부측극분석이론적기출상,결합행성륜계적운동특성,의거균재분석이론측산출태양륜、치권적부동량,용부동량급행성륜위치도오차지화대체중심거겁한편차,재원유적측극분석이론적기출상진행필요적개진후,건립료일투괄용우행성륜계측극적분석이론。
Based on the theory of the backlash for fixed axis gear trains and the motion characteristics of the planetary gear trains ,the floating displacement of the sun gear/annulus was calculated by using the theory of load sharing .The limit deviation of the center distance was substituted by the sum of the floating displacement of the sun gear/annulus and the position errors of the planet gear , an analytical theory of the backlash which was available for the planetary gear trains was presented with the help of aforementioned improvement of the theory of the backlash for fixed axis gear trains .
