The technology of hot metal transportation without reladling was systemati-cally introduced.The model of temperature reducing of hot metal in the transportation was developed.The model has a high accuracy, and the results make a good agreement to the data in the production.The model was used to do energy efficiency analysis of the transportation without reladling technology, and a series of results about how the differ-ent transportation conditions make influence on the energy efficiency were got.
