以某加工中心立柱结构为研究对象,提出了4种不同筋板结构形式。通过UGNX 8.0分别建立4种结构的三维模型,利用ANSYS Workbench软件建立4种结构的有限元模型,并对其进行静力结构分析和模态分析。对比数据结果给出了筋板的最佳结构形式,为今后机床筋板设计提供了必要的理论依据。

A five-axis vertical machining center column structure was taken as the object of study ,four different structural form for ribs were presented .The three-dimensional models of the columns with different ribs were established by UG NX 8 .0 ,and the models were inputted into ANSYS Workbench software to establish the finite element models .The static structural analysis and modal analysis of the FE models were conducted .By comparing the analysis results ,the best structure form of ribs was chosen .This work may provide the necessary theoretical basis for the machine rib design in the future .
