以ANSYS Workbench软件为工具,对吊管机吊臂进行三维实体建模、网格划分、载荷和约束处理,并对吊臂3种基本工况进行有限元分析。在保证吊臂安全性的前提下,选取吊臂截面的宽度、高度和厚度作为参数,以吊臂质量最小为目标进行有限元优化,优化后明显减轻了吊臂材料的消耗,为吊管机吊臂的设计和改进提供了理论依据。

Based on the tool of the ANSYS Workbench software ,the modeling of three-dimensional entity ,meshing and dealing with loads and constraints was done on the pipelayer’s boom ,and the finite element analysis of pipelayer’s boom in three basic conditions was carried out .Taking the width ,height and thickness of the boom as optimal variables ,the minimum mass of the boom as the design objective ,the optimal design of the boom was conducted ,and the material consumption of making boom was significantly reduced .And the results will be the theoretical basis of the design and improvement of pipelayer’ boom .
