为了实现对以往设计经验及知识的继承和重用,缩短产品开发周期,降低设计成本,将知识工程技术应用到余热锅炉的设计流程中。构建了基于知识工程的余热锅炉总体设计的结构框架,研究了基于实例的推理和参数化设计技术,分析了系统的工作流程,以SolidWorks为平台开发了基于知识工程的余热锅炉智能设计系统,并结合实例验证了系统的有效性和可靠性。
為瞭實現對以往設計經驗及知識的繼承和重用,縮短產品開髮週期,降低設計成本,將知識工程技術應用到餘熱鍋爐的設計流程中。構建瞭基于知識工程的餘熱鍋爐總體設計的結構框架,研究瞭基于實例的推理和參數化設計技術,分析瞭繫統的工作流程,以SolidWorks為平檯開髮瞭基于知識工程的餘熱鍋爐智能設計繫統,併結閤實例驗證瞭繫統的有效性和可靠性。

In order to achieve the inheritance and reuse of the past experience and knowledge ,shorten development cycles of products ,reduce design costs , the knowledge engineering technology was applied to the design process of heat recovery steam generator . The framework of heat recovery steam generator overall design was constructed by use of knowledge-based engineering technique ,the case base reasoning and parametric design technologies were researched .With SolidWorks as the development platform ,KBE-based intelligent design system for heat recovery steam generator was developed ,and an example was used to verify its validity and reliability .
