阐述了双蓄热式熔铝炉的技术性能及特点。针对目前应用较为广泛的以人工煤气为燃料的方形熔铝炉,利用CFD软件,采用标准k-ε湍流模型、化学组分输运和反应模型中的涡耗散模型,对熔铝炉炉内传热、流动以及燃烧进行了三维稳态流动的模拟研究。通过数值模拟得到了炉内气体温度场、流场的分布情况,为人工煤气-空气双蓄热式熔铝炉的设计与研究提供了理论基础。最后,通过实际工程项目的节能效果验证了数值模拟的正确性。

The double regenerative melt stove technical performance and its characteristics were elabo-rated.Aimed at the more widely used aluminum melting furnace of squared with artificial coal gas-air, and used the CFD software, standard k-ε turbulence model, chemical constituent transport and reaction model of aluminum melting furnace in the eddy dissipation model of heat transfer and fluid flow and combustion simulation of three dimensional steady-state flow were simulated.The furnace gas temperature field and flow field distribution were obtained by numerical simulation.A theoretical basis for artificial coal gas-air of double design and research of regenerative aluminum melting furnace was provided.Finally, through practical projects of energy saving effect to verify the correctness of numeri-cal simulation.
