对用于预防连铸坯热送裂纹的表面快速冷却工艺进行了介绍。以铸坯带入加热炉的物理热作为评价标准,将快速冷却送装与其他送装工艺的节能效果进行了对比分析。结果表明,快冷送装能够提高温度控制的灵活性且能量损失较少,节能效果相当明显。

The rapid surface cooling technology which used to prevent the hot cracks during the hot charging process was introduced.The physical heat was defined as an evaluating index, the energy-saving effect of rapid surface cooling and other charging methods were analyzed contrastively.The re-sults show that the rapid surface cooling technology can realize the flexible control of the temperature variation, and its energy-saving effect is remarkable.
