Based on the requirement of emission standard for new environmental protection of energy saving and emis-sion reduction, the paper introduces the reform blue print of precipitator in low-low temperature precipitating technology and in thermoelectricity plants;and points out that the low-low temperature electrostatic precipitating technology meets the requirement of environmental policies at the present phase, and the result prominence of energy saving and emission reduction possesses the popularization value.
