造血干细胞移植在临床上是一种有效的、广泛的治疗恶性和非恶性的血液系统和某些实体瘤的治疗手段。然而，急性移植物抗宿主病（ aGVHD）作为一种移植后的并发症，严重影响了移植的成功率，由此产生了巨大的发病率和致死率。本文主要介绍aGVHD的病理生理学机制和前景药物在预防和治疗aGVHD的作用机制。

Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is an efficient and widely treatment modality in the clinic for the malignant and nonmalig-nant hematopoietic disorders or some solid tumors.Unfortunately, acute graft-versus -host disease ( GVHD ) become the big complication after posttransplantation,and poorly influence the success rates for transplanta-tion, thus induce the great morbidity and lethality.In this review, we main introduce the pathophysiology of acute GVHD and the mechanisms of perspective drugs.
