At present, although related regulations nave put forward the regulations and requirements for the report on en-ergy evaluation of building in our country. But most of the bu-ilding energy saving assessment report not wel reflects the en-ergy-saving design and requirements of the building. Combini-ng with the concrete practice of comprehensive building, the author puts forward some effective energy saving design me-thod.
