The development mode of subway station and the surrounding areas is more diverse. In this paper, taking the co-mprehensive development projects of two different types of st-ation as an example, discussed in detail the design scheme of metro station and surrounding land and its design characteris-tics, puts forward the design idea of the comprehensive dev-elopment of the station under different conditions of planning conditions, construction sequence, and development nature.
