This paper did some simple introduction of the co-nstruction engineering of the underground foundation of an ap-artment. The high underground water level around the founda-tion pit, and short period of the construction of the foundation pit of buildings, put forward higher requirement for the foun-dation pit. Thus the builders adopt SMW and reinforced concr-ete supporting, the method of dewatering and grouting fixati-on.
