In the infrastructure of the city, the underground pipeline ensures the normal operation of the city to the ma-ximum extent. Under the background of urbanization and rapid development of society in our country, there are various kinds of problems of pipe network construction because of mism-anagement, so this paper mainly studies the comprehensive pl-ans for the building of city underground pipe network.
