目的：观察铸造分裂式桩核冠修复老年人后牙残根残冠效果。方法：采用铸造分裂式桩核冠修复67例老年人后牙残根残冠，随访1～5年，观察修复体情况。结果：67颗磨牙中65例成功；1例根折后拔除，1例松动，调牙合后缓解。结论：采用分裂式桩核冠的修复方法,使得后牙残冠、残根更大程度地予以保留，效果良好。
목적：관찰주조분렬식장핵관수복노년인후아잔근잔관효과。방법：채용주조분렬식장핵관수복67례노년인후아잔근잔관，수방1～5년，관찰수복체정황。결과：67과마아중65례성공；1례근절후발제，1례송동，조아합후완해。결론：채용분렬식장핵관적수복방법,사득후아잔관、잔근경대정도지여이보류，효과량호。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of conservative prosthetics of elderly molar residual roots and crowns by split post crown. Methods 67 elderly molar residual roots and crowns were repaired by Split post crown,the treatment effect was observed for 1- 5 year. Results 65 cases in 67 cases were succeed,one case was extractioned after root fracture,one case’s loosened was relieved by occlusal adjustment. Conclusion The applicaion of proathetics by split post crown is a good method to improve the1canservative ratr of elderly molar residual roots.
