目的：探讨3-D定点、定量自体脂肪移植用于面部轮廓整形的方法和体会。方法：采用肿胀吸脂术抽吸皮下脂肪，将抽吸出的脂肪以物理方法提纯后均匀注射于面部标记区域，多层次多隧道定点、定量注射以重塑、改善面部轮廓。结果：60例求美者共129个注射部位，脂肪移植量2～30ml。随访时间3～12个月，效果较满意。无脂肪液化、感染、凹凸不平破溃等严重并发症发生，效果明显、持久，过渡平坦。结论：3-D定点、定量自体脂肪移植是一种安全有效的面部软组织填充手术技术，可以精确地改善面部轮廓，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토3-D정점、정량자체지방이식용우면부륜곽정형적방법화체회。방법：채용종창흡지술추흡피하지방，장추흡출적지방이물리방법제순후균균주사우면부표기구역，다층차다수도정점、정량주사이중소、개선면부륜곽。결과：60례구미자공129개주사부위，지방이식량2～30ml。수방시간3～12개월，효과교만의。무지방액화、감염、요철불평파궤등엄중병발증발생，효과명현、지구，과도평탄。결론：3-D정점、정량자체지방이식시일충안전유효적면부연조직전충수술기술，가이정학지개선면부륜곽，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate autologous fat transplantation in facial conturing plasty. Methods Autologous fat harvested by liposuction after purification was injected into recipient areas of face in fixed site and fixed quantity,multilayer and multitunnel,with an amount of 20%over. Results 60 patients (129sites)have undergone this procedure.Grafted fat volume ranged from 2 to 30ml each site.After 3 to 12 months follow- up,the results have been excellent satisfactory with no severe complications such as infection,fat necrosis and fibrosis. Conclusion 3-D autologous fat transplantation with fixed site and fixed quanitity is a safe and effective means to provide excellent facial conturing plasty,it is worth to be extended in clinic work.
