目的：比较单独使用龈下刮治术及根面平整术(SRP)和光动力疗法(PDT)辅助SRP治疗重度慢性牙周炎的临床疗效。方法：选取30例重度慢性牙周炎患者做自身对照，随机分为实验组(SRP+PDT)和对照组(SRP)。对比术前、术后1个月、3个月的实验结果，检查两组的探诊出血(BOP)、牙周探诊深度(PD)和出血指数（BI）。结果：术前两组相关数据并无统计学意义(＞0.05)，但术后1个月和3个月的实验组和对照组在PD、BOP、BI方面，较之前均有很大的改善，且实验组的PD、BOP和BI的效果均比对照组明显，差异具有统计学意义(＜0.05)。结论：应用PDT辅助SRP对牙周炎患者进行治疗效果更好。
목적：비교단독사용간하괄치술급근면평정술(SRP)화광동력요법(PDT)보조SRP치료중도만성아주염적림상료효。방법：선취30례중도만성아주염환자주자신대조，수궤분위실험조(SRP+PDT)화대조조(SRP)。대비술전、술후1개월、3개월적실험결과，검사량조적탐진출혈(BOP)、아주탐진심도(PD)화출혈지수（BI）。결과：술전량조상관수거병무통계학의의(＞0.05)，단술후1개월화3개월적실험조화대조조재PD、BOP、BI방면，교지전균유흔대적개선，차실험조적PD、BOP화BI적효과균비대조조명현，차이구유통계학의의(＜0.05)。결론：응용PDT보조SRP대아주염환자진행치료효과경호。
Objective To compare the separate use of subgingival scaling androot planing (SRP) and photodynamic therapy (PDT) clinical effects of SRP in the treatment of severe chronic periodontitis. Methods 30 cases ofpatients with severe chronic periodontitis as control, were randomly dividedinto experimental group(SRP+PDT) and control group(SRP).The comparison of preoperative, postoperative 1 month, 3 months of experimental results, check the probing two groups of hemorrhage (BOP), periodontal probing depth (PD) and bleeding index (BI). Results All of the two groups of related data were not statistically significant ( >0.05),but after the experimental group and the control group of 1 months and 3 months in the PD,BOP,BI, have greatly improved than before, and the experimental group PD, BOP and BI effects were obviously compared to the control group, the difference has statistical significance ( <0.05). Conclusion The application of PDT aided SRP on periodontitis were treated better.
