近年来，随着建筑节能技术在民用住宅建筑施工中的应用，在一定程度上缓解了我国能源紧缺的现状，对促进建筑与资源的可持续发展具有重要意义。本文简单阐述了民用住宅建筑施工中应用节能技术的重要性，并对节能技术在民用住宅建筑施工中的应用进行了分析。

In recent years, the application of energy-saving technology in the residential building construction, to some extent al eviates the current shortage of energy in our country, which has important significance to promote the sustainable development of architecture and resources. This paper briefly discusses the importance of application of energy saving tech-nology in residential construction, and analyzed the application of energy saving technology in the residential building const-ruction.
