The importance of the high-rise buildings for so-ciety is self-evident. High-rise building construction has invo-lved extensive, professional and strong, safety and quality req-uirements, and these characteristics have determined its high standards of the construction management work. This paper a-nalyzes the problems in construction management, and puts fo-rward the corresponding management measures.
