本文以广西装备制造业为研究对象,选取9项影响装备制造业产品质量因素的指标,使用解释结构模型(ISM)综合分析各因素之间的因果关系,从而建立4级多层次递阶结构模型,进一步精确描述各因素间的直接关系,以此直观地反映各因素间的层次关系及相互影响,并找到影响产品质量的根本因素,为改进产品质量提供科学的依据。
本文以廣西裝備製造業為研究對象,選取9項影響裝備製造業產品質量因素的指標,使用解釋結構模型(ISM)綜閤分析各因素之間的因果關繫,從而建立4級多層次遞階結構模型,進一步精確描述各因素間的直接關繫,以此直觀地反映各因素間的層次關繫及相互影響,併找到影響產品質量的根本因素,為改進產品質量提供科學的依據。

By taking the equipment manufacturing industry in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as the re-search object, we select 9 indexes that influence the product quality of the industry. Through a comprehensive analysis of the causal relationship among various factors with ISM, we establish a 4 level hierarchical structure model, and further precise the direct relationship among the factors, in order to visually reflect their hierarchical relations and mutual influences among them. Then we can find out the most fundamental factor affecting the quali-ty of the product, which can provide a scientific basis for the improvement of product quality.
