对恒定控制制冷剂 R407C 工作温度为9℃、额定制冷量为45kW 条件下的蒸发器进行了模拟矿井条件湿空气的对流传热试验。研究结果表明:蒸发器的制冷量随进口空气温度的升高而增加,随进口空气相对湿度的增加而增加;出口空气温降随进口空气温度的升高而增加,随进口空气相对湿度的增加而缓慢降低;对流传热的 Nu 数随 Re 数的增加而增加,随进口空气相对湿度的增加而降低。
對恆定控製製冷劑 R407C 工作溫度為9℃、額定製冷量為45kW 條件下的蒸髮器進行瞭模擬礦井條件濕空氣的對流傳熱試驗。研究結果錶明:蒸髮器的製冷量隨進口空氣溫度的升高而增加,隨進口空氣相對濕度的增加而增加;齣口空氣溫降隨進口空氣溫度的升高而增加,隨進口空氣相對濕度的增加而緩慢降低;對流傳熱的 Nu 數隨 Re 數的增加而增加,隨進口空氣相對濕度的增加而降低。
대항정공제제랭제 R407C 공작온도위9℃、액정제랭량위45kW 조건하적증발기진행료모의광정조건습공기적대류전열시험。연구결과표명:증발기적제랭량수진구공기온도적승고이증가,수진구공기상대습도적증가이증가;출구공기온강수진구공기온도적승고이증가,수진구공기상대습도적증가이완만강저;대류전열적 Nu 수수 Re 수적증가이증가,수진구공기상대습도적증가이강저。
The convection heat study of the evaporator that simulated mine conditions of wet air is tested that constant control of the operating temperature of the refrigerant R407C 9℃ and rated cooling capacity 45kW.The study shows that the cooling capaci-ty of the evaporator increasing with air inlet temperature and inlet air relative humidity.Simultaneously,the heat transfer effects is increasing with the inlet air temperature increase,and decreasing slowly with the inlet air relative humidity.The Nusselt number of convective heat transfer is increasing with the Reynolds number increasing,and decreasing with the inlet air relative humidity in-creasing.
