针对高炉鼓风系统止回阀流阻高、能耗高的问题,提出了止回阀节能的改造方案,即对阀瓣加强筋作开流孔与圆角处理。使用了 CFD 软件模拟阀内流动,分析了流场情况,计算了流体流经阀门的压力损失,初步探讨了改造后的止回阀的节能潜力。

Focused on the solutions of high resistence and high energy consumption of the check valve in a blast furnace sys-tem.Building orifices on the ribs or rounding the ribs was proved to be helpful in reducing the flow resistance of the check valve. Analysis of the flow field and calculation of the pressure loss were completed by using the CFD softwares to simulate the flow in the valve.The potential energy saving of the modified check valve was prospected.
