采用不同起爆能量的激波管、等效静爆试验和30mm杀爆燃弹炮击试验模拟实际应用中球形阻隔抑爆材料的防爆性能。试验表明:激波管内球形阻隔抑爆材料( Q-EPM)比金属铝合金抑爆材料( J-EPM)的防爆效果高28%;等效静爆试验中Q-EPM可阻止弹药爆炸引燃燃料,不会形成高温场及地面池火;30 mm杀爆燃弹炮击试验中Q-EPM阻止了燃料的燃烧或爆炸,与空白燃料和装填J-EPM的油箱相比,保持了油箱的完整性。球形阻隔抑爆材料能有效阻止燃料燃烧与爆炸等“二次效应”带来的危害,适用于用油设备的安全防护。

The explosion proof performance of spherical barrier and explosion proof material in practical application was simulated by using shock tube, equivalent static explosion test and 30 mm fragmentation explosive bomb shell-ing test with different initiation energy.The results showed that the explosion proof effect of spherical explosion proof materials ( Q-EPM) was higher than aluminum explosion suppression materials ( J-EPM) by 28% in shock tube.In equivalent static explosion test, Q-EPM could prevent fuel from ignition by ammunition explosion and in-hibit the high temperature field and fire pool on the ground.In 30 mm fragmentation explosive bomb shelling test, Q-EPM could protect the integrity of tank by preventing the combustion or explosion of fuel compared with tanks without fuel or loading with J-EPM.Q-EPM can prevent combustion and explosion of fuel effectively, which is helpful for avoiding the hazard by"secondary effect", and it is suitable for safety protection of fuel equipment.
