为执行对反应堆专用仪控设备进行EMC测试的相关规定,针对仪控设备中微弱电流信号数字化处理电路,从电路板设计、电缆接插件接口设计、软件设计等多个方面,进行了高频传导抗扰度和浪涌抗扰度测试的EMC设计。通过在设备研制过程的各个环节中增加EMC设计,提高了高频传导抗扰度测试和浪涌抗扰度测试的通过率,大大缩短产品的开发周期。
為執行對反應堆專用儀控設備進行EMC測試的相關規定,針對儀控設備中微弱電流信號數字化處理電路,從電路闆設計、電纜接插件接口設計、軟件設計等多箇方麵,進行瞭高頻傳導抗擾度和浪湧抗擾度測試的EMC設計。通過在設備研製過程的各箇環節中增加EMC設計,提高瞭高頻傳導抗擾度測試和浪湧抗擾度測試的通過率,大大縮短產品的開髮週期。

In order to carry out the relevant provisions of Reactor Special Control Equipment EMC ? test , the EMC design of High Frequency Conducted Immunity Test and Surge Immunity Test are introduced in this work , from the aspects of circuit board design , cable connector interface design , software design , based on weak cur-rent signal digital processing circuits .By increasing the EMC design in all aspects of equipment development process , the test pass rate of High Frequency Conducted Immunity Test and Surge Immunity Test is improved and the product development cycle is shortened greatly .
