通过分析煤粉配比、操作方法、设备因素等提出了引起捣固焦炉塌煤现象的主要成因,同时结合实际生产过程中的经验提出从配煤工艺、正确的操作方法及关键设备上进行改进,能够明显降低塌煤率,有利于理论指导实际生产,提高捣固焦炉的生产效率,为焦化厂的顺利生产奠定基础。
通過分析煤粉配比、操作方法、設備因素等提齣瞭引起擣固焦爐塌煤現象的主要成因,同時結閤實際生產過程中的經驗提齣從配煤工藝、正確的操作方法及關鍵設備上進行改進,能夠明顯降低塌煤率,有利于理論指導實際生產,提高擣固焦爐的生產效率,為焦化廠的順利生產奠定基礎。

Through the analysis of pulverized coal ratio, operation method, the author puts forward the main factors that causes of tamping coke briquette collapse phenomenon, combined with the actual production process experience from the pro-posed method of operation process of coal blending, correct and key equipment was improved, it can decrease the rate of coal, collapse, and conducive to guide actual production theory, improve the efficiency of tamping coke production, and lay the foundation for the smooth production of coking plant.
